Business DNA profile
Your answers become a structured profile you can review, edit, and confirm. Nothing is final until you approve it.
AI Agent Blueprint
From your confirmed profile, LiVoice generates a blueprint: agent name and role, objectives, audience, languages, brand voice, services and FAQs, conversation flow, qualification, scheduling and escalation rules, required integrations, known limitations, and next steps.
Preview
Chat with a simulated version of your agent to see how it handles real questions. In preview, bookings, transfers and CRM updates are simulated — nothing is connected yet.
Implementation
The LiVoice team connects your agent to phone lines, calendars, CRMs and messaging tools as required, tests it with you, and launches. Timelines depend on the integrations involved.
